Japan opened a door to Pakistan. Almost nobody here is using it.

Pakistan and Japan have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on the Specified Skilled Worker route. It covers fourteen sectors, it does not need a degree, and the entry requirement is a language test plus a skills test — not a job offer arranged by an agent.

That last part is why we can help with it honestly, and why we are telling you about it rather than selling you a package.

What we can lawfully do, and what we cannot

This is the honest bit, and it is the reason this page exists. Under Pakistani law, recruiting anyone for a job abroad requires a licence we do not hold. Teaching a language and preparing someone for an examination is training, and training needs no licence at all.

What we do

Teach you Japanese to the level the route needs, from zero to N4.
Prepare you for the skills test in your sector.
Explain the route in writing — what it is, what it costs you, what it does not.
Point you at the official sources so you can check every word of this yourself.
Tell you if this is not your route. It suits some people and not others.

What we do not do

We do not place you in a job in Japan. That is recruitment and it needs a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter. We are not one.
We do not send your CV to Japanese employers.
We do not charge you anything for the overseas-employment part — not a fee, not a deposit, not a registration. Only the training is a paid service, and it is quoted in writing.
We do not promise you will pass, or go. Nobody can.

The official Japanese rule that will protect you

Japan's own guidance for this route states plainly that foreign nationals should not pay a deposit and should not enter into a contract that requires them to pay a penalty. Any agent asking a Pakistani applicant for a large advance, or a "security" against leaving the job, is operating against the rules of the country they claim to be sending you to.

And in Pakistan: only a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter may recruit you for work abroad, there is a published legal cap on what they may charge, and you must register with the Protector of Emigrants before you travel. Check any agent yourself at beoe.gov.pk/list-of-oeps.

Where the tests happen

The JLPT is already held in Pakistan — at NUML Islamabad and the Japanese Consulate in Karachi. You do not need to leave the country to take the language gate.

Being straight about where we are

We are opening Japanese teaching, not running it yet. We are recruiting a teacher now. We are telling you about the route today because the route is real today, and because you should start thinking about it before you start paying anyone for it.
