The most common complaint about visa consultants in Pakistan is not price. It is money taken in advance, work that never happens, and a refund that never comes.
Not everything up front. Each stage is paid when the stage before it is finished and you can see it was finished. That single structure removes almost every way a consultancy can take your money and disappear.
We look at your case honestly and tell you what we think your real chances are, what is weak, and whether you should apply at all. If we think you should not, we say so — and you have lost nothing.
Free. Nothing to refund. We build the file, prepare the documents, and submit applications to institutions or employers. Work starts the day this stage is paid.
Fully refundable for 7 days, if we have not yet submitted anything on your behalf. An admission offer, a CAS, or a genuine employment contract is in your hand. This is the point at which the largest part of our work is done.
Refundable in proportion to what remains undone — we show you the stage record, not an opinion.Your application is with the embassy. From here the decision belongs to them and to nobody else.
Not refundable — the work is complete. See the honest part below. The two online products are paid monthly, in advance, by JazzCash or Easypaisa. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Access is released after our desk verifies the payment, and it runs for the month paid. Nothing renews by itself: each month you decide whether to pay again. The free 2-minute mock costs nothing and needs no account, so you can judge the product before paying.
A refund policy that only lists what you get back is marketing. The part that matters — the part every family in Lahore actually needs to hear before they hand over money — is what happens when it goes wrong.
Nobody can guarantee a visa. Not us, not anyone. A consultant who guarantees one, or offers to attend your interview for you, is telling you something that is not true. The interview is always yours, and that is the law, not our preference.
So the honest deal is this: we do not promise you an outcome we do not control. We promise you the work, in stages you can see, with your money released as it is earned — and we tell you before you start if we think you should not.
This is not a swipe at anyone by name. It is the documented pattern behind more than a thousand complaints a year in Punjab alone.
Ask for the refund policy in writing, before you pay. Ask what happens if you are refused. Ask whether the fee includes government charges or not. Ask them to name what they will not refund.
If they will not put it in writing, that is your answer — and it is your answer about us too, if we ever refuse to.
These terms are given to every client in writing before any payment is taken, and form part of the service agreement. Published 20 August 2026. If we change them, the date changes and the previous version stays available on request.
